Shipping policy
We ship clean soap and body care to grapplers across the United States. Here is what to expect when you place an order with Clean Grappling Co.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays or new product launches, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order depends on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed.
Shipping Rates and Speeds
- Standard Shipping: Typically 5–7 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster options may be available at checkout for select destinations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future. Sign up for our email list or follow us on social media for updates.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cleangrappling.co and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.
