Refund policy
We want you to love your Clean Grappling Co. products. If something isn't right, we will do our best to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used or opened body-care products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@cleangrappling.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will review your request and provide instructions, including a return shipping address if the return is approved.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Please note that original shipping fees are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different variant, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
Gift Returns
Gift recipients may return eligible items for store credit. The refund will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise arranged.
